Our website allows users to make bookings for yoga classes. By making a booking through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Booking process

To make a booking through our website, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to reject any booking for any reason. When you make a booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please ensure that you review the details of your booking carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors or discrepancies.

Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept payments by mobile pay, credit card and other payment methods such as Edenred as specified on our website. Prices on our website are in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice. Please note that prices do not include VAT, as the company is not VAT registered.

Freedom of responsibility

The person participates in the class/event at their own risk and takes care of their own accident insurance. The participant registers and participates in the event voluntarily, knowing the general risks of the exercise. The Organizer of the event is not responsible for any inconvenience caused to the participant or their property. The event is not designed to treat mental or physical illnesses, but to support well-being.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation must be done 12 hours before the class starts through the booking system. We do not accept cancellations through email, call, text / WhatsApp or social media. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the full price will be invoiced. This applies to fixed-price, pay-what-you-can and free classes as well as classes during possible discount weeks. Unpaid invoices may lead to the suspension of the username. You will receive an email confirmation of a successful cancellation. Cancellations via email only accepted in cases of illness with a medical certificate.

Cancellation conditions for special classes and events

Note that special classes and events are sold separately, and sign ups are non-refundable. If you can not make it, you can give your spot to a friend!

The Organizer has the right to cancel the event due to force majeure or a small number of participants.

Good to know

Please kindly note, all classes are held in English.

Our doors open 15 minutes before class, so you’ll have time to settle in. Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts to get comfortable.

Yoga mats and all yoga equipment are provided for you, free of charge.

We use essential oils and other scents at our classes, incenses and palo santo.
