Yin Yoga for Golfers is a Yin yoga class designed specifically with men in mind, but all is welcome to join the class. :) This practice focuses on long-held, passive floor poses that target the deep connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and spine. With its slow pace, deep stretching, and emphasis on mindful breathing, it encourages physical release and mental calm — supporting both strength and stillness. Yin yoga provides a powerful and accessible practice for men, particularly beneficial for golfers by enhancing flexibility, mobility, and mental clarity. It also aids in stress relief and injury prevention, making it an excellent complement to high-intensity activities such as weightlifting or running by encouraging balance and recovery. Dress comfortable and warm. Classes are held in English. Our doors open 15 minutes before class, so you’ll have time to settle in. Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts to get comfortable. Yoga mats and all yoga equipment are provided for you, free of charge. Entrance to our Pakila studio is via the side door. Entrance to our Maunula studio is from the back, next to Maunula Sauna Baari.
