Service Description

This class is designed to support you after a long or stressful week, offering space for deep rest and recovery. The first part of the class focuses on restorative Yin yoga, using supportive props such as bolsters, blocks, belts, blankets, and eye pillows. Postures are held for longer periods to encourage relaxation, release tension, and cultivate steady, mindful breathing. The second part of the class is dedicated to Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep — a verbally guided meditation practiced while lying on your back. This systematic practice helps slow brain waves to a state that promotes renewal and repair, supports hormonal balance, and calms the nervous system. What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra, often described as a state of conscious deep sleep or Yogic sleep, is a simple yet profound practice that soothes the nervous system and brings about complete physical and mental relaxation while maintaining inner awareness. This deeply nourishing practice enriches daily life by offering space to rest, listen, and reconnect with your true self and the world around you. Through gentle awareness of the body and breath, you use your senses as a lens to explore and embrace every aspect of your being, guiding both body and mind into profound stillness and ease. Yoga Nidra invites deep, compassionate listening and acceptance—creating the conditions in which harmony and healing naturally unfold. Useful information: Classes are held in English.
