Service Description
Relax - Recharge - Rebalance. A calming practice that fosters deep awareness by gently releasing physical and mental tension. Yin yoga offers a soothing counterbalance to the pace of urban life, focusing on the release of the body's connective tissues—tendons, ligaments, and fascia. Poses are held for extended periods (2 – 5min), inviting stillness, patience, and quiet introspection. Open to all levels. Classes are held in English. Our doors open 15 minutes before class, so you’ll have time to settle in. Please arrive latest 5 minutes before the class starts to get comfortable. Yoga mats and all yoga equipment are provided for you, free of charge. Entrance to our Pakila studio is via the side door.
